With more than 25 years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience and 15+ years of experience in Career & Life Coaching, Renee brings a unique combination of corporate expertise, coaching experience, and a genuine passion for helping people move forward. Her extensive background in Talent Acquisition has given her firsthand insight into what employers look for, how hiring decisions are made, and what it takes to successfully navigate today's evolving workplace.

As an ICF ACC Credentialed Career & Life Coach, Renee partners with emerging and seasoned professionals to help them gain clarity, identify their goals, build confidence, and take purposeful action. Her coaching supports clients through career transitions, professional development, job searches, résumé development, interview preparation, work-life balance, and personal growth. Her approach is client-centered, encouraging clients to discover their own strengths, possibilities, and next steps.

Through McLain Career & Life Coaching dba McLain Enterprises, Renee also partners with organizations to provide compassionate outplacement services during workforce transitions. She helps departing employees navigate their next chapter with greater clarity and confidence while helping organizations demonstrate care for their people, protect their employer brand, and maintain trust among remaining employees.

Renee is also the host of The Purpose & The Pivot, a podcast created to encourage and inspire individuals—particularly women—as they navigate transitions in career, leadership, faith, and life. She is an international best-selling published author and the author of 10 Steps to Landing Your Dream Job, sharing practical strategies to help individuals take charge of their career journey.

Beyond coaching and professional development, Renee has a longstanding commitment to serving others. Since 2004, she has served on advisory boards and supported numerous professional, community, and charitable organizations. She continues to support organizations and initiatives aligned with her passion for empowering individuals and enriching lives, contributing her time and expertise to organizations including the Kristine Pettoni Foundation, Exceptional Hearts, Hope for the Journey, JC Freedom House, Destiny's Daughters of Promise, Keys to Life, and Victorious Ladies of Virtue. She is also affiliated with professional organizations including the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA), American Staffing Association (ASA), Paulding County Chamber of Commerce, Douglas County Chamber, and National Association of Women-Owned Small Businesses (NAWOSB).
