Are you a talented Virtual Assistant with strong administrative and communication expertise?

 

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with Project Management experience. This is a contract/consulting (1099) position.

Job Requirements:

  • Outstanding administrative skills, email management, social media scheduling

  • Online business experience

  • Technically proficient with Calendly, MS Office suite, Google Workspace, Asana or a similar productivity tool,  ThriveCart or Kajabi, Canva, Zoom, Slack, ConvertKit, and HoneyBook or HubSpot

  • A deadline driven attitude

  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
